Privacy
How we handle information on this site, and in the engagements where your data never leaves your control. Sprucebird is a small data engineering studio in Spokane, WA that makes unusable data — call recordings, documents, messages — usable, on-premise.

Your data stays on your machines
The core of how we work: when we ingest, transcribe, and organize your data, we do it on-premise. Your proprietary data is not shipped to a third-party cloud, and it is not used to train anyone's models. Before we see anything sensitive, we sign an NDA.
This website
This site collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, company, email, and what you tell us about your data. We use it to respond to you, and nothing else.
We use PostHog to measure how visitors find and use this site — pages viewed, referring source, and campaign tags. We don't send the contents of the contact form to analytics, we don't sell or share this data, and we use it only to understand our own marketing.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't share client data between engagements.
- We don't retain materials beyond what an engagement requires.
