What we do
Sprucebird takes your unstructured data, normalizes and organizes it, makes it searchable, and builds custom tools on top — the full picture is on our services page. Each engagement begins with the hands-on work of ingesting and structuring your data, and continues as ongoing access to the search and tooling we build.
The agreement governs
This page is an overview. The terms that actually apply to an engagement (scope, pricing, ownership, confidentiality, and support) are set out in the written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here. New work starts when you scope a project with us.
Confidentiality
We sign an NDA before reviewing sensitive material, process your data on-premise, and treat every engagement as confidential. For how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.
Honest scope
We only take on work we believe we can do well. Where a need touches certifications or integrations we haven't verified, we'll tell you it's a scoping conversation instead of making a promise on the spot.
